Sea Wyrms

Sea Wyrms is a 3D Multiplayer reimagining of the classic game Snake! Twist and turn you're way through the deep sea. Escape the clutches of larger creatures who lurk in the dark all while racing to become the biggest and baddest sea wyrm around. 

This game was solo-developed for VimJam5 in just under 10 days. Many design choices were made based around the focus, theme and diversifiers for the game jam and it was a big hour intensive week to pull off what I could. I would really appreciate any feedback on the game and hope everyone is able to find some fun playing it.

The Goal

Consume other creatures of your size or smaller to increase your growth. Wyrms will increase in size each time the growth meter reaches its max. Wyrms will get longer as they consume more and more, which will  increase the player's speed boost time.

Compete with other players to reach the most growth by the end of the timer!

How To Play

Use the mouse to control the direction your wyrm goes.

Hold left mouse button to activate speed boost.

Right click to open the leaderboard and settings menu.

Left click on toggle/execute functions.
